It’s FREE DELIVERY when you purchase RM80 and above, storewide (no matter how many stores you buy from).
If the cart size is below RM80, we charge a minimal fee of RM10 which includes management fee, packaging materials and delivery. 🙂
To East Malaysia
RM15 when you purchase RM50 and above RM20 when you purchase below RM50

How long does delivery take?
7 days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. 10 days for delivery to Labuan, Sabah, Sarawak & Singapore.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
Once your order has been sent to the kitchen and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!
How do I track my parcel?
Once you received the email with tracking number, click on this link –> https://kravve.co/order-tracking/ Key in your tracking number, and your delivery status will be shown.
Why can’t I see the courier tracking details?
If you don’t see any tracking data, your parcel may be in transit and has not reached your local courier hub. Tracking details usually require 24 hours to update. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by clicking the chat button on bottom right of the page.
Oops! The item I received is faulty!
We are deeply sorry for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately. Provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order ID and send to [email protected] We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit (Kravve Store Credit). Photos to include: – your item (the part that is faulty) – your item in packaged condition in the parcel – the appreance of the parcel upon arrival

Which address should I ship my order to?
If you are working, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because delivery services operate between 9am to 6pm on weekdays. For Normal/Fragile Items If no one is physically able to collect your parcel after two delivery attempts (for non temperature control ), your parcel will either be held at the nearest branch or sent back to us. For Temperature Control (Frozen/Chilled) Items If no one is physically able to collect your parcel during the given delivery window (notified a day before), your parcel will be sent back to us directly. Advised workaround: – assign neighbours to collect parcel on behalf – use an alternate delivery address (parents’ or friends’ home)
How do i know when is my item arriving?
Normal items: Tracking code for each item will be sent to your email once the orders are confirmed. Frozen items: Notification of delivery detail will be sent to your whatsapp a day before, and delivery agents will give you a call upon arrival.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery period (7 days upon order confirmation )as agreed between you and Kravve. Where redelivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.
What's the delivery coverage for all products?

Most of our products are not certified halal as they are made by homechefs (can’t ask mak cik who make sambal apply for halal cert right?). How do I place an order?
- All you need to do now is browse! You can search for something specific by using the search bar or if you’re looking for a particular type of item you can browse by category located along the top of the page.
- Once you have found the item you want, click on the ADD TO CART button.
- To review the items in your cart, hover on the CART icon at the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Add a gift card/promo code below your cart summary.
- Proceed to input delivery details with the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Provide your delivery information details and proceed to checkout with Next button.
- Choose your Payment method (Online banking via secured payment gateway/manual bank transfer)
- If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click Confirm & Place Order to complete your order!

I’m worried. Did my order go through?
You may check your registered email to see if you receive an order summary. If your payment did not go through, your order will be automatically cancelled for your convenience.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation from Kravve. All relevant details of your order are in this email. If you are using ATM/bank transfer, kindly email us your payment slip to [email protected] and we will process your order accordingly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Contact us immidiately so that we don’t process your order. You will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. However, do note that there will be administrative charge from the local payment gateway.
Why is my order cancelled?
If you’ve made an order and have yet to make payment, you will receive a payment reminder whatsapp message. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.
How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
You will need to make a separate order altogether or contact us by clicking the chat button on bottom right of the page for assistance.
This is a gift for someone else. Can I request for no physical receipt or invoice delivered together with the parcel?
You will only receive your digital Order Summary (Tax Invoice) via the email address that you have provided us with. There will be no physical copy attached in your parcel.

Do I need to register to shop?
You are not required to, but registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we have your existing billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past orders, and your payment status.
