Lovely, hard to find such good quality sausage in Malaysia. Make sure to follow the cooking method to get a juicy inside and crispy outside sausage experience. Some mustard or sauce goes perfectly well with this flavor.

The sausages were tasty, maybe needed just a tad more sage flavour. The apple bits added a nice crunchy texture.

The taste was amazing and saltiness of the sausage is just nice for me. But the packaging and delivery service should improve. The sausage was soggy, soft and wet in the plastic beg when I received it. Believe it was already outside freezer for hours :(

Bought it for a family dinner, the sausages were really juicy and tender. Everyone in the family loved it. The apples in the sausages makes the sausage slightly sweet. Flavours were just right, the children loved it. So easy to cook too!

To Poach Sausages......Defrost the sausages. Do not break the skin or the links. Boil a pan of water, once boiled take it from the heat. Add the defrosted sausages, make sure they are fully submerged, put a lid on and leave for 7 mins. Now the sausages are cooked through. You can just fry at a high temp to add colour and flavour. You can also put them in the fridge and reheat them later. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPwv8UzVZCE To oven cook Sausages..... Defrost then put in the oven 200c 25-30 mins. This option is quite nice when making bangers and mash because although it dries them out a little it also makes them a bit crunchy on the outside which goes nicely with gravy
