About the food

The muffins are easily freezable and can be kept up for a month or two. If it is kept out in the open for too long, the ingredients especially the butter and eggs will turn rancid and therefore start molding.
The weather may also contribute to this especially during the periods of intense heat. It is advisable to consume as soon as possible.
Muffins can thaw out at room temperature. Other methods include warming them up in the oven / microwave for 1 min. Use a microwave safe plate for this.
