How to Cook: Gyoza
Step 1: Add oil to a non stick pan, wait for about 30 seconds for oil to heat up and place the dumplings into the pan. (Do not DEFROST the dumplings)
Step 2: Once the dumplings are in the pan, add enough water until it covers the dumplings half way through, cover the pan and cook with high heat for about 5 minutes until all the water evaporates. (If there is remaining water after 5 minutes of cooking, then discard the water)
Step 3: Once the water evaporates or is discarded, continue to fried the bottom of the dumplings until golden brown and you're ready to serve the dumplings!
How to Cook: Fried Dumplings
Step 1: Place the Dumplings into boiling water and cook it for 6 minutes (Do not DEFROST the Dumplings)
Step 2: After 6 minutes, remove the dumplings from the water and drain any excess water from the dumplings. (You can eat the dumplings just like that if you do not want to have it fried)
Step 3: Add oil to a pan, wait for about 30 seconds for the oil to heat up and pan fried every side of the dumplings. Once the whole dumplings turns golden brown, you're ready to serve the dumplings!
