🐓 About The Dish:
Nyonya curry, or "gulai" as it is called by the Peranakan community, has a flavour and bite that is distinctively its own. The combination of ingredients create a mind-boggling aromatic tapestry.

🍳 How To Cook:
1. Pour this paste into a pot on medium heat. Add 600g of chicken meat and 2 medium-sized potatoes. Stir well, then add 250ml of water and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer with pot lid closed for 20 minutes or until meat is cooked till tender and gravy thickens.
3. Switch off fire. Add and mix in 50g of coconut milk (santan).
4. Serve ❤️
