Keep frozen. Best consumed within 6 hours after defrost
1. Thaw and defrost the bag in a hot water-bath if preferred. 2. Otherwise, microwave the bag on high for 5 mins straight from freezer.
3. For best taste, stir-fry contents (removed from bag) in pan for 2 mins after microwaving. Add few spoons of water while stir-frying to allow flavours combine better.
*We use only high-quality sous vide bags which are food-safe and able to sustain high heat or use in microwave up to 210°C. *Duration of reheating in microwave may vary.
