The cookies are nice. But the shipping is terrible on the cookies.
My three bottles of shortbread, choco chips, and Biscoff Thins were all so badly smashed that I had to basically eat the crumbs with a spoon.
Imagine paying RM90 to eat crumbs with a spoon! I was so disappointed and upset.
The baker may be good and passionate about the products, and actually produces delicious cookies. However, the products are not suitable to be sold online and shipped. The only option is to buy direct and cradle the bottles like a baby to prevent them from breaking.
I loved the tastes, but hated the whole experience of eating cookie crumbs with a spoon.

Delicious cookies, will order again.
Only issue was that many of the cookies had crumbled - probably during the shipping/delivery process.
