The method of cooking Wagyu is very simple, the better the meat, the easier it is to cook!
Step 1: De-icing (do not remove the plastic wrap and soak it in water directly), suggest leaving it at room temperature to thaw
Step 2: After 5 minutes, sprinkle some salt and wipe evenly (do not de-icing for too long)
Step 3: Heat up your pan (Grilled steaks must be cooked with a hot pan without oil!)
Step 4: The steak should then be cooked for 5 minutes and it only needs to be grilled on one side for 2 to 3 minutes. The sliced cuts are fried/grilled on one side for 20 to 40 seconds, and the diced meat is also grilled in 2 minutes to 3 minutes (adjust the time according to your preference)
Step 5: Let it sit until it feels hot to the touch
Step 6: Put it back in the hot pan and fry it for tens of seconds and your steak is done!
Step 7: If you purchase kombu salt directly, then don't add salt, instead you may grill it directly and add some kombu salt and eat it after. And enjoy your A5 grade wagyu!
