It's a treat. Prompt delivery, nicely packaged in a styrofoam box. Meat is fresh and pink when it arrives. Triumph to have discovered this store, as the market is mostly saturated with frozen beef options. Great quality beef with nice marbling, doesn't need more than some light sprinkle of salt to taste good.

About the food
Perfectly melts in your mouth! • A part of knuckle which is the most expensive part of a wagyu! • When cooking, you can omit any oil and just sprinkle a touch of salt! Each side cook for 2 to 3 minutes and you're good to go! • Most sought-after part of a wagyu!!

The method of cooking Wagyu is very simple, the better the meat, the easier it is to cook! Step 1: De-icing (do not remove the plastic wrap and soak it in water directly), suggest leaving it at room temperature to thaw Step 2: After 5 minutes, sprinkle some salt and wipe evenly (do not de-icing for too long) Step 3: Heat up your pan (Grilled steaks must be cooked with a hot pan without oil!) Step 4: The steak should then be cooked for 5 minutes and it only needs to be grilled on one side for 2 to 3 minutes. The sliced cuts are fried/grilled on one side for 20 to 40 seconds, and the diced meat is also grilled in 2 minutes to 3 minutes (adjust the time according to your preference) Step 5: Let it sit until it feels hot to the touch Step 6: Put it back in the hot pan and fry it for tens of seconds and your steak is done! Step 7: If you purchase kombu salt directly, then don't add salt, instead you may grill it directly and add some kombu salt and eat it after. And enjoy your A5 grade wagyu!
