Awesome Traditional Kaya brewing in our very own kitchen! As the westerns call it – CARAMELISED COCONUT EGG JAM
Ingredients: duck egg, sugar, coconut milk & pandan leaf.
A spread of kaya that’s a little darker than usual but nice and sticky-sweet. And because we’re using duck eggs, they are exceptionally fragrant and rich compared to any regular kaya.

Shelf Life: Best consume between two weeks as we do not add fillers, starch, preservative or any kind of additive to our homemade Kaya.
Storage Guideline: Store in a cool dry place.
