Rendang is a popular Malaysian/ Indonesian meat dish (usually beef but sometimes chicken or mutton) stewed in coconut milk and spices. Best eaten with rice or as a staple like “lontong”, “lemang” or “ketupat”.

Included is the cooking method to make your own original “non-crispy” Rendang.
1. Sauté Instant Rendang Sauce with 1 kg of chicken or meat on medium heat until aromatic.
2. Add in 250ml water and stir-fry for 20 minutes.
3. Lastly, add in 150ml coconut milk and simmer on low heat until the chicken are tender and gravy thickens.
