Born in Malaysia. Justin started his journey at the tender age of 14 at a Japanese restaurant called Mizu, and became a sushi chef after 4 years. From there he persued his culinary education at Taylor’s University and attended the C.I.A (Culinary Institute of America). Justin specialises in Global Cuisine, Modernist Cuisine and Food Science. He believes that if you truly understand your ingredients you will have more room to manipulate the final result you want.
