Process of Making:
1. The pineapple tart is elegantly shaped like a pie-shaped and 100% hand made which will gives you the classic feeling of eating pie when enjoying the tart.
2. The pastry is delicately shaped by using our special cookie cutter and the tart is filled with generous amount of the pineapple paste on top and perfectly baked in the oven to gives the nice aroma.
3. Where as the pineapples are grated finely, cooked for few hours in low heat with sugar and spices. The jam is not too sweet that will rot your teeth, but it is rich with sweet and sourly flavour!
To ensure sanitation and the quality of the tart is preserved, the tart is made in a pet free and clean environment. So you can enjoy the tart with secure and confident.
Storage Guideline: The pastry is not crunchy, but you have to still store them in an air tight container to preserve the taste once opened. Place the container carefully so that the tart will sit nicely inside. Please do not shake, flip and drop the container as it will ruin the beautifully shaped tart.
Shelf life: 2 month if sealed, 1 month if opened
