Nutritional Value
Traditionally, mulberry fruit has been used medicinally to treat the kidneys, fatigue, anemia, and weakness. Mulberry contains high levels of antioxidants and similar health benefits as other dark-colored berries like blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

The dehydration system being used to dehydrate the fruits which can keep the moist level and the the nutrients as they don’t use high-temperature dehydrator to dehydrate the process they used cold dehydrating technology where the output of the dry fruits is not too dry and the nutritional value is being preserved
 
How to use it?
Snack it, add to yogurt, smoothies, toast, granola bar, oats, salad
