Nyonya Ee’s Authentic Nyonya dry sambal haebee (or sometimes known as Haebee Hiam) is handmade by my 75 year old mom, the quintessential Nyonya from Penang. Our customers, especially the older folks from Penang, rave about the authenticity of her dried sambal. The spices add an explosion of unique flavours to the dried shrimp.
It is ready to eat thus making it a great accompaniment to any dish.
