This is not for those on a diet. Yes, our pork belly chunks are layers of both fat and lean meat and we are proud of it! So only order if you enjoy your pork belly half-lean-half-fat (cantonese = pun fei sau)!

Recommended way to consume: Thaw to room temperature, steam at high heat for 10 minutes.
