Cooking time: 30 minutes
Instructions:
i) Rinse the ingredients except rock sugar and wintermelon (which is pack separately)
ii) Pour approximately 1.3 to 1.5 litre of filtered water into a pot and pour the ingredients together with rock sugar and wintermelon
iii) Bring the pot to boil on high fire and subsequently simmer it for 30 minutes
iv) Ready to serve warm or cold with ice cubes
Optional: Add 2 – 3 pandan leaves for aroma
