As someone who loves sausages, one thing that worries me the most is the lengthy ingredient list that goes into all the deli meats on supermarket shelves. My one goal is to make sausages and deli meats that are produced with wholesome natural ingredients accessible to Malaysians. No preservatives, chemicals or other nasties.
Call me a control freak, but I only started making my own sausages in order to have peace of mind knowing exactly what's in the meats I’m feeding my family with. Slowly, words spread among health-conscious family and friends who still wish to enjoy a good classic sausage, and I decided to turn this into a business.
I work with local butchers for our day-to-day supply of fresh meat. The farmers are located at Rawang, Perak and Pork Dickson - I believe buying from local farmers can help grow our local agriculture and make local pig farming sustainable.
Each produce that you purchase from us, the money is going into the local pig farming community. It is helping us to ensure our local pig farming is sustainable, improving farmers’ lifestyle, and help them in improving the farm environment where pigs are raised.
