I ordered for the first time but the appointed delivery agent by Kravve messed up the delivery and resulted the food to go bad in my mailbox days later. However I was grateful that Kravve took up the responsibility to arrange a free replacement of the same order after verifying the genuine cause of the incident with much sincere apologies communicated. Kravve is blessed to have Natalie as their customer service rep who did a superb job in processing a frustrating mess up delivery. Food turned up really great, highly recommended. But the one wrapped with meat not my liking, the combination of taste with sourly preserved veggies made it taste weird. Thank you Kravve and Home chef for the creative quality food.
